Lifestyle: Holiday! Sorrento, Italy. Part 2

This is part 2 of my holiday posts! (Part 1 click here) So over the next few days of our holiday we went and climbed Mount Vesuvius, drove the Amalfi coast and took a boat ride to Capri.
Mount Vesuvius. I have now climbed a volcano, bucket list tick! It definitely wasn't what I was expecting, I think I had a cartoon image in my head and thought I would be able to see lava or something. Blonde moment maybe?
Capri! We took a 2 hour boat around Capri which for me is horrible due to suffering with sea sickness! I managed to go the whole 2 hours with out vomiting so it was a successful! Once on Capri we took a convertible taxi to Ana Capri where there's a chair lift to the top. We ended up in clouds with such amazing views.

So that's part 2! Third and final part to come shortly. I'm hoping to get some sunshine back in England but I don't think it's going to happen anytime soon!

Hope you liked my post

Lifestyle: Holiday! Sorrento, Italy. Part 1.

I wanted to put this post together quicker but unfortunately university work had to come first. I came back from Italy and I so wish I was still there! University work has piled up and the multiple deadlines are fast approaching. Anyway back to holiday chat! I had such a fun week and the weather was beautiful! We stayed in a Villa in Sorrento which looked out over the sea with views of Capri which also had a hot tub!

Day 1: we took a stroll along the sea front to a little village. Where we ate some delicious food and returned multiple times throughout our holiday. We had quite a chilled day after all the travelling, so we spent a lot of time in the hot tub with glasses of prosecco! Bubbles!

Day 2: We travelled to Pompeii to explore the ruins! The weather was really warm so I braved the bare pale legs! When in Rome....or Pompeii.

And this is what I wore to explore the ruins.

So there's the photos from part 1! I have so many, it was hard just to pick these. I apologise for most of the photos where I seem to have lost the ability to open my eyes! Silly sunshine.
Part 2 will be coming shortly.

Have you ever been to Italy before?

Sophie!

I am currently writing this post on my fancy new laptop! Oooo. Unfortunately my old one just kept turning itself off which isn't good for writing my essays and dissertation (and blog posts)!
Anyway back to this outfit, when I went to the ASOS press day (Post here) the lovely Banke offered to take some outfit photos for me! I am such a dork and get a little embarrassed when I have to pose in front of people, hence my lovely just stand there look. This is one of those outfits that I really enjoy wearing and looks great on (well in my opinion).  A pinafore hasn't featured on my blog for a while so thought they deserved a come back due to being my favourite thing to wear.
Also this is the debut for my spectacles! I went for an eye test whilst back in Cornwall and unfortunately I cant see distances. I'm meant to wear these during lectures etc but they have become more of an accessory!

Hope you like my outfit. I have also made my photos bigger (some great advice from Banke) do you like it?
