Kilt and Biker Jacket

Kilt - Charity Shop

I think this is probably my favourite outfit at the moment and most of it was a bargain. I recently picked up this kilt in my local charity shop for £4.50, as soon as I saw it I had to have it! It's a bit different as it has buckles on each side which fasten the skirt together. Now this biker jacket was also a steal, I had my eye on it for a while then forgot about it but whilst browsing the Ark sale back in January when they had 50% off I managed to get this for £8! Unfortunately Ark has now closed down, sad times. I'm debating whether to put patches on it....My boyfriend has patches all over his denim jacket and I want to patch something of my own after sewing all of his on! I will think.
On to these booooots! I love them, I love UNIF! I know UNIF has been around a lot on the blogosphere but it's well deserved their boots and clothes are super amazing, I want it all! I'm poor so that's definitely not happening. One day, one day!

Have you found any bargains recently?

Mildreds Vegetarian Vegan Restaurant

If you live in London then you may have heard of Mildreds a very delicious vegetarian vegan restaurant. Originally in Soho and now expanded to Camden and King Cross. I have eaten in both of the newer restaurants and oh my it was so delightful. I have been a vegetarian for about 8 years now and I'm not the type who just eats nuts and seeds I love a good hearty meal and this is exactly what Mildreds is in my eyes.

If you follow me on Instagram you may or may not know that my boyfriend took me to Gothenburg for my birthday! It was such a lovely weekend away especially as it was so snowy! My favourite. We stayed in a really lovely hotel in the centre of the city which had the most amazing breakfast buffet, definitely ate far too much. We spent our time exploring the city by foot which is super easy to navigate around. We also took a trip to Jönköping to finally watch an ice hockey game, definitely would love to play myself!
My favourite part of the trip was probably John and I building a snow man whilst drunk at midnight. We were meant to go to a gig but I was too sleepy as it was the day we travelled and our flight was delayed due to a bomb scare in Gothenburg and we had make a stop in Oslo. I would definitely recommend Gothenburg for a long weekend but you better take lots of krona as it is a little pricey!

Have you been to Gothenburg?

Life Lately

So after my little Winter break away from blogging you may want to know what I was up to? Well nothing much really, I felt like my life got taken over by work, if you work for the NHS you will definitely understand where I'm coming from. Winter in Hospitals is tough both on the staff and the patients. So when I had time off all I wanted to do was sleep and finally get to see my boyfriend and friends.
